Yunsheng has established a governance structure comprising the Shareholders' Council, the Board of Directors and the Management, among which, the Shareholders' Council serves as the company's highest authority, while the Board of Directors functions as the body responsible for daily decision-making.

The Board of Directors is accountable to the Shareholders' Council. It deliberates on major matters concerning the company's operations, making decisions or submitting them to the Shareholders' Council for consideration.

The Board of Supervisors, acting as the company's oversight body, is responsible for conducting prudent examinations and effective supervision over the legality and compliance of the Board of Directors and senior executives in fulfilling their duties, as well as over the company's financial matters.
